I've ordered from this shop several times because the beads are good quality and the prices are reasonable. However, it will be my last order. The customer service I have received the last few orders was not nearly what I hoped for being such a busy customer with their shop. How they handled my messages and how poorly they dealt with their errors was disappointing, unaccommodating and unprofessional. Sorry.
